Is this only for households with domestic workers?›
No. HRP keeps track of the people who help run your home and the things in it. If you have a car, appliances and warranties but no staff, the assets, documents and reminders all work on their own.
Does my worker need a separate app?›
No — it is the same app and the same download. When your worker signs in it opens straight into a simple five-tab view: today's tasks, leave, salary, their own documents and their profile. They never see your payroll, your other workers, or anything else about your household.
How does my worker sign in if they have no email?›
You tap Invite worker and the app shows a six-character code, which you read out to them in person. No SMS, no email, and they do not even need a phone number on file. They then choose a four-digit PIN that stays on their phone — it is never sent to us and you cannot see it. If they ever lose access, you issue a new code.
What languages are supported?›
Arabic and English, with right-to-left designed in properly rather than bolted on. More languages will follow.
Does it work without government integrations?›
Completely. Log payments yourself and attach a receipt as proof — nothing depends on an outside system being available. Integrations are added on top where they help, never as a requirement.
When can I buy the cameras?›
Not yet — they are still in development, so the camera plans are not available to buy. Everything else works without them, and nothing in HRP assumes you own one. Join the waitlist and we will email you when they are ready.
Can I manage more than one home?›
Yes, on Premium. It covers two households — your main home and a second property, or a relative's home you help run. Each household keeps its own workers, documents and records, and you switch between them in the app. Need more than two? Extra households are 39 SAR each per month.
How do I subscribe, and can I cancel?›
You subscribe here on the website rather than inside the app, and you can cancel any time — no contract, no lock-in. If you cancel or drop back to the Free plan nothing is deleted: your workers, documents and payment history stay exactly as they are, and only the paid features switch off.
