Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HRP mobile application and website and related services (the "Service"), operated by Althawra Altaqniya (Commercial Registration No. 7052259004), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("HRP", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HRP is a household-management tool that helps you organise domestic workers, payroll records, leave, tasks, documents and reminders. Some features and integrations may be added over time, and parts of the Service may be offered on a pre-launch or trial basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a household, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to accept these Terms for that household.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You may enter personal data about your domestic workers and household members. You confirm that: you have the legal right and any consent required to enter and process that data through HRP; you will keep it accurate; and you will use it lawfully and only for legitimate household-management purposes.

As between you and HRP, you are the controller of your workers' data and HRP acts as your processor. You agree to indemnify and hold HRP harmless from any claim, loss or penalty arising from your entry or use of another person's data in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access; scrape, copy or resell the Service; or use it in a way that harms HRP or other users.

The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment provider (Tap Payments). Charges are made in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices shown in other currencies on our website are indicative conversions for convenience only; the amount taken is the SAR amount shown before you confirm, together with any applicable VAT.

Plans and households. The free and Standard plans each cover one household. Premium covers two, and you may add further households at the published per-household price. Adding a household increases your recurring charge from your next payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled, using the payment card you saved at checkout. For annual plans, we will email you a reminder before the renewal is charged. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

Payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part, for any period already paid, except where required by law. You pay for a month, you receive a month; you pay for a year, you receive a year. The free plan remains free.

If you cancel, downgrade, or reduce the number of households you pay for, we do not delete your data. Affected households return to the free plan: your existing records stay visible, and only the creation of new records beyond the free plan's limits is restricted. Where a change reduces how many households your plan covers, you choose which households keep the paid plan.

We may change prices or plans; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting your plan, and changes apply from your next billing period.

The Service provides reminders and alerts (for example, for document expiry, tickets or pay day) as a convenience only. They are not legal, immigration, HR or tax advice, and we do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, timeliness or delivery. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and obligations, including labour, immigration, wage-protection and tax requirements. HRP is not liable for any fine, penalty, missed deadline or loss resulting from your reliance on the Service.

The Service may offer optional integrations with third-party or government services. These are enhancements, not requirements — the Service is designed to be usable without them. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their decisions.

HRP, its software, design and brand are owned by Althawra Altaqniya and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own household management. You retain ownership of the data you enter; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and may be offered in pre-launch form. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HRP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify HRP against claims, damages and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your unlawful handling of another person's data.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as data responsibilities, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
